You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing IT operations to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of digital platforms and infrastructure. Additionally, leading and managing IT projects will be a key aspect of your role, focusing on on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives. You will utilize project management tools such as JIRA to track progress, manage risks, and enhance operational efficiency. Providing strategic leadership and mentorship to IT teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT operations, and collaborating with executive leadership to align IT strategies with business goals will also be essential responsibilities. Moreover, you will develop and implement IT governance, risk management, and process optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency, while overseeing DevOps strategy execution to ensure alignment with automation, scalability, and business continuity objectives. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and security. - Proven experience in IT project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration. - Proficiency in DevOps practices, IT service management (ITSM), and compliance frameworks. - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
