We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our godown/warehouse. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing godown inventory, staff, logistics, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall godown operations
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
• Implement best practices for storage, inventory control, and space utilization
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement team for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Handle manpower allocation and supervise warehouse staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in godown/warehouse management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of inventory software (preferred)
• Ability to handle physical stock audits and documentation
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
