Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operation Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in the corporate office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle client complaints satisfactorily.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet budgets.
Monitor sales numbers daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure targets are met.
Conduct creative thinking and brainstorming sessions with team members to improve sales.
Handle client complaints and ensure timely dispatches.
Manage operations to achieve business objectives.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR, Training & Development, or Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in budget management and sales operations.
