Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations and internal processes.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members for better collaboration and results.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
