Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for conducting staff performance reviews, assessing needs, and performing cost/benefit analysis for operational strategy assessment. You will play a key role in establishing high standards for productivity, quality, and customer service while defining user guidelines. Your duties will involve developing a company system for customer interaction and voice response, overseeing its implementation process, and continuously managing and enhancing center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures.
