Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai, designated for both Operation Manager and Operation Executive (Business Development) positions. The Operation Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, streamline processes, and ensure that service standards are consistently met. The Operation Executive will focus on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and implementing business development strategies. Both roles will require close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Operational expertise including process optimization, service management, and team supervision
• Business Development skills including client engagement, market research, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage challenges effectively
• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to operations and business strategy
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• operation manager with 6 to 8 years of experience salary range 40k to 60k.
• Operation executive with 3 to 5 years of experience salary range 25k to 40k
