The role involves making outbound calls to prospective hotel partners and building an initial pipeline for onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective hotel and accommodation partners. Communicate the value proposition of the online platform and software solutions. Collect and record accurate contact details and business information from leads. Build and maintain a qualified database of interested hotel partners. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups. Maintain proper records of daily outreach and call reports. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (1+ year preferred). Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus. Basic proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and CRM tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conversations professionally. Ability to work from the head office on a full-time basis.
