Operation & Maintenance Head STP & WTP

As an experienced Operation & Maintenance Head for STP & WTP, your role will involve overseeing and managing the efficient functioning of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP) in Delhi. You will be responsible for ensuring that all plants operate efficiently, meeting quality and regulatory standards while monitoring automated systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing plant performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the operation & maintenance (O&M) of multiple STP & WTP plants in Delhi. - Ensuring compliance with environmental norms & safety regulations. - Leading and managing the O&M team, ensuring proper training and execution of SOPs. - Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. - Maintaining proper documentation & reporting related to plant performance and maintenance schedules. - Regular client interaction for performance reviews and improvement plans. - Having knowledge of preparing documents for billing purposes. - Providing end-of-the-day reports. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the operation & maintenance of STP/WTP/ETP/RO/UF/MEE. - Strong knowledge of automated plant operations and troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience in pumps, valves, sensors, and PLC/SCADA-based systems. - Good understanding of water treatment processes and environmental regulations. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Willingness to travel to different plant locations (conveyance is mandatory).
