Operation & Maintenance Head STP & WTP

As an experienced Operation & Maintenance Head at Rohanta Infra Solutions, your role will involve overseeing and managing the efficient functioning of STP (Sewage Treatment Plants) & WTP (Water Treatment Plants) in Delhi. The plants operate on automation, requiring expertise in handling automated waste water treatment systems. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the operation & maintenance (O&M) of multiple STP & WTP plants in Delhi. - Ensure all plants operate efficiently, meeting quality & regulatory standards. - Monitor automated systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize plant performance. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. - Lead and manage the O&M team, ensuring proper training and execution of SOPs. - Maintain proper documentation & reporting related to plant performance and maintenance schedules. - Ensure compliance with environmental norms & safety regulations. - Regular client interaction for performance reviews and improvement plans. - Must have knowledge of preparing documents for billing purposes. - End of the day report. Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience in the operation & maintenance of STP/WTP/ETP/RO/UF/MEE. - Strong knowledge of automated plant operations and troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience in pumps, valves, sensors, and PLC/SCADA-based systems. - Good understanding of water treatment processes and environmental regulations. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Willingness to travel to different plant locations (conveyance is mandatory).
