The candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, costing, and participating in initial technical meetings with clients. Key Responsibilities: Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for ETP, RO, MEE, and ZLD projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Costing & Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates, including equipment, materials, labour, and other project-related expenses, to ensure competitive and profitable proposals. Client Engagement: Participate in initial technical meetings with clients to understand project needs, present solutions, and address technical queries. Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge and operational experience in ETP, RO, MEE, and ZLD technologies to design and propose effective solutions. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, proposals, and reports. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project transitions from proposal to implementation. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Environment Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution. Experience: Proven experience in preparing proposals and costing for industrial projects (ETP, RO, MEE, ZLD). Hands-on operational experience with ETP, RO, MEE, or ZLD technologies is mandatory. Experience in client-facing technical discussions and business development activities. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies. Proficiency in cost estimation and proposal writing. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions. Ability to generate and follow up on business leads. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Additional Requirements: Conveyance: Must have personal conveyance for client visits and site assessments. Business Development: Candidates with a strong network and ability to bring leads will be preferred, with salary negotiable based on lead generation capability.
