Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Head in Casting Forging Manufacturing, located in Rajkot. The Operation Head will oversee and manage the operational processes, ensure production efficiency, and implement cost-effective strategies. The role involves analyzing operations data, optimizing workflows, managing teams, and ensuring that all tasks are executed within the allocated budget. Additionally, the Operation Head will liaise with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and uphold industry standards.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating operational processes and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in Team Management, including fostering collaboration and driving team performance
• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management to ensure cost-effective operations
• Educational background in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with casting and forging manufacturing processes is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
