Job Description

Job Title: Operations Executive – Driver Coordination & Data Entry Job Responsibilities: 1. Trip Coordination & On-Time Departures Coordinate with drivers via call/WhatsApp to ensure timely departures. Follow up to confirm all pre-departure checks are completed before the trip. 2. Pre-Boarding Check & ERP EntryEnsure drivers perform a pre-boarding check before starting a trip. Collect details via call/WhatsApp and update the data in the ERP system. 3. Real-Time Issue Reporting & ResolutionRecord any issues reported by drivers during the trip (breakdowns, delays, etc.). Coordinate with the supervisor over call/WhatsApp to resolve reported issues. 4. Expense Assistance & Data EntryAssist drivers in documenting trip expenses (fuel, tolls, repairs, etc.). Collect expense details over call/WhatsApp and update the ERP system in real-time. 5. Arrival Monitoring & Post-Trip ChecksConfirm whether vehicles have reached the destination on time. Check if any issues have occurred post-trip and record complaints in the system. Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi . ✅ Comfortable handling multiple calls and WhatsApp coordination. ✅ Ability to use ERP software or willingness to learn. ✅ Prior experience in customer serivce , telecalling, data entry or fleet management is a plus. ✅ Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Work Location & Shifts: 📍 Work Location: Universal Bus Services office - Chennai/Salem (Remote/Hybrid options can be considered). ⏰ Shift Timings: Rotational shifts based on fleet operations.
