Operations Executive

Requirements:

Experience:

6 Months to 1 years
in BGV operations, HR due diligence, or compliance roles.
Hands-on experience with
BGV workflows
(e.g., address verification, police checks).

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

BGV Workflow Management:

Execute end-to-end background checks (employment, education, address, criminal records) as per client SLAs.
Verify candidate documents (Aadhaar, PAN, degrees) and liaise with educational institutions, employers, and local authorities.
Accurately enter and update case data in BGV platforms.

Typing & Data Management:

Ensure
typing speed of 45 to 60 word per minute with 95%+ accuracy
for efficient case documentation.
Generate error-free client reports and escalate discrepancies/fraudulent cases.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and time management.
Ability to work in
office-based environment
.
