Operation Executive

We Cyboard school seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a School Operation/Backend/Parents Support staff. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our parents, students, and staff, ensuring seamless school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle parent inquiries and concerns via phone, email and inperson.

- Ability to draft mail e.g (circulars, weekly planners, welcome mails)

- Make outbound calls to parents for feedback, absenteeism, and admission renewal for the new session

- Maintain accurate records e.g (Student registration, credentials) and data using our Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

- Provide administrative support to the school team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in LMS and CRM software

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email drafting

- Good listener with patience and empathy

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications:

-Any Graduate

- (Added Advantage) Previous experience in a school backend or operations role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
