Job description – Backend Team Leader
· Qualification: Graduation (Any Field )
· Preferable: Work from Office role
· Experience required: min: 1 years
Key Exposure required:
· Management Skills .
· Good hand on Excel/Word
· CRM Knowledge
· Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
· Monitor daily team performance and ensure SLAs are met
· Conduct regular QA audits to maintain service quality.
. Provide regular training, feedback, and support to team members, promoting their professional growth.
.Prepare and present performance reports, project updates and technical documentation to management.
. Support customer requests and technical troubleshooting for backend aspects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
