Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination. Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high service standards. Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to shipments, delays, and cost analysis. Collaborate with internal departments to align operational strategies with business goals. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 0–1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations. Strong understanding of logistics coordination, vendor management, and client handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/tools is a plus.
