Job Description

Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will oversee and execute day-to-day catering operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, logistics, service staff, and clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, on-ground management capability, and a proactive attitude to maintain quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction at every event.

Key Responsibilities:1. Event Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales and kitchen teams to understand event requirements, menu details, and guest counts.
  • Prepare and share event execution plans including manpower deployment, logistics checklist, and timeline.
  • Conduct site recces and finalize setup layouts with event planners or venue partners.

2. On-Ground Execution

  • Supervise event setup, food counters, service quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and vendors for seamless event execution.
  • Troubleshoot on-ground issues and ensure timely service during events.
  • Maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times.

3. Team Coordination & Training

  • Manage and brief service and support staff before every event.
  • Conduct short training sessions on grooming, service etiquette, and brand presentation.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily operations reports, event checklists, and feedback summaries.
  • Track event costs, damages, and resource usage for post-event analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Good understanding of catering operations, logistics, and event flow.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management, Event Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in catering operations, hospitality, or events.
  • Experience in premium / large-format catering will be an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days a week (including weekends and event days).
  • Flexible hours during event periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
