Customer-Centric Responsibilities Building strong communication channels with customers and POSPs (Point of Sale Persons). Identifying customers' insurance needs, providing guidance, and following up to drive conversions. Promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize the value of existing customer relationships. Compliance and Support Ensuring all operations adhere to IRDAI regulatory norms . Explaining the benefits, coverage, and premiums of various insurance companies and policies (Health, Motor, etc.) to customers. Assisting customers with policy renewals, reminders, and end-to-end process support. Supporting key business processes and insurance operations. Managing premium payments and ensuring smooth policy issuance. Generating and maintaining accurate MIS reports for operational efficiency Experience: 1 Year Experience in Insurance Broking Field.
