Job Description

Supervise and manage manpower deployment across assigned sites (security guards, facility staff, etc.)
Ensure attendance, discipline, and punctuality of staff at all sites
Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure service quality
Act as the point of contact for client coordination and problem resolution
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for manpower, attendance, and incidents
Proper recruitment and training of on-ground personnel as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower supervision (preferably in security/facility services)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and client-handling experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
