About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day business operations. The role involves coordinating between teams, managing processes, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain workflow.
Maintain and update records, reports, and databases.
Monitor process efficiency and suggest improvements.
Assist management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle client queries, escalations, and provide operational support.
Generate MIS reports and track performance metrics.

Key Skills Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of operations processes and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,715.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
