Operation Associate 2

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven senior Operations associate to join our team and support the growth of Hindi region Audio Chatrooms business on our platform. Candidates will be responsible for the revenue and overall P&L for the region. This role involves working closely with creators and agencies to foster meaningful engagement and scale virtual gifting within the Hindi India region.

What youll do:

* Manager the entire P&L from gifting business in Moj live from creators managed by different agencies.

* Create and foster relationships with agencies who manage creators and drive growth of active creators, gifters and gifting

* Contribute in building a well organized industry given this is not a traditional business and setting up these agencies to be successful business owners.

* Strategise campaigns and incentive structures for agencies and creators for the region and drive the growth in revenue

* Identify and onboard talented hosts and suitable agencies to drive supply and revenue growth in Moj Live.

* Understand platform gifting behavior and guide hosts on strategies to monetize through active user engagement.

* Maintain regular communication with top-performing hosts, collect feedback, and offer engagement growth suggestions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to support their journey and success on the platform.

Who are you?

* 2 years of experience in audio/video content, community management, or the entertainment industry.

* Understanding of traditional offline organizations which run on distributor, retailer concepts

* Passion for the online creator ecosystem, especially audio-based platforms.

* Prior experience in managing online communities and virtual talent.

* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word/Google Docs.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Deep understanding of Hindi language, regional culture, and pop trends.

* A creative and user-focused mindset to enhance engagement strategies.

* High attention to detail and the discipline to ensure daily tasks are completed without delays.
