Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with the company’s vision.Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across functions including Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, HR, and Customer Service.Sales & Business Growth: Drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and ensure achievement of sales targets through innovative strategies and customer-centric approaches.Project Management: Monitor real estate project development timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Process Excellence: Establish operational policies and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across departments.Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, partners, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with RERA, legal, financial, and statutory requirements.Key Requirements:
Proven experience (3–15 years) in leadership roles within Real EstateStrong understanding of real estate operations, project management, sales strategies, and financial management.Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and driving operational excellence.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹269,850.15 - ₹1,399,749.24 per year
