Role Overview: We are looking for a *COO (Chief Operating Officer)* who will ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for internal coordination, resource management, automation, vendor follow-ups, and maintaining operational discipline across departments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage internal office operations, resource planning, and scheduling Liaise between departments for timely case updates, documentation flow, and task execution Maintain physical and digital records, tracking deadlines, files, and compliance updates Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners as per office protocols Support teams in day to day sales process, billing, and other operational requirements Handle data reporting, CRM ERP, and basic analytics for performance tracking Manage inventories, office supplies, IT essentials, and equipment tracking Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong organizational and multitasking ability Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Proficiency in *MS Office* (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of *professional email writing and documentation protocols Familiarity with *legal operations, client coordination*, or working in a multi services providing company is an added advantage Ability to work independently and under pressure with attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: operations: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
