Job Description

As an Operating Model Strategist at Accenture's Business Strategy Practice, you will be a key player in advancing clients" strategic priorities and objectives through agile operating models that embrace the future of work, workforce, and workplace. Leveraging transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics, you will utilize Accenture's best-in-class methodology to drive impactful change. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client engagements to design and implement global shared services, target operating models, and organizational structures. - Utilize a data-driven approach to develop Transformation and Workforce solutions for both Global and Local clients, aligning with their business strategies and goals. - Deep dive into clients" business strategies and goals to shape their operating model strategies within the global and economic landscape. - Identify trends, analyze complex data, and co-create future-proof operating models and practical roadmaps to ensure long-term success for clients. - Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to drive business growth. - Drive insights and recommendations by leading teams in utilizing data models and visualization tools effectively. - Lead with authenticity and a people-first mindset, promoting inclusivity and diversity while mentoring junior team members to support their continuous learning and growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred - Minimum of 6 years of experience post MBA in Operating Model and Organization Design - Strong understanding of business strategies and goals, with the ability to translate them into effective operating model strategies - Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and data visualization tools - Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Proven leadership skills to guide teams and mentor junior members effectively About Accenture: Accenture is a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation.
