As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing presales support to customers, building confidence, addressing technical concerns, and seizing sales opportunities. Your expertise as a Presales Specialist will support the sales team through technical demonstrations, solution presentations, and understanding customer requirements to propose tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around being an expert in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Omni-channel Automation solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for customers regarding Conversational AI, Agent Assist & Analytics, and develop AI & ML based Omni-Channel Automation solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations, ensuring solutions align with client requirements, managing the sales bid process, and collaborating with various teams for successful sales closures. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience as a Pre-Sales consultant in a SAAS organization, with a background in dealing with large and mid-size Enterprise customers in India. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with strong problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in LLMs, AI, ML, SAAS, Contact center technical skills, and a clear understanding of digital technology stacks are essential. Your ability to work with diverse groups, including Developers, Program Managers, Sales, and Pre-sales teams, is crucial, as well as the willingness to travel and work from the office location as needed.
