We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Surgery and IPDRG department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in surgical healthcare management, and will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Conduct training and development for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Manage inventory and resources efficiently to support surgical operations.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide support and information during the surgical process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in a surgical environment or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care standards.
• Familiarity with IPDRG (Inpatient Diagnosis Related Groups) coding and billing processes.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR).
