Graduate in any discipline
Strong numerical and analytical skills
4-6
years of MIS analytics experience within BPO / BPS Industry, ability to handle tons of data
For SME:

Expert level MS Excel/ Google Sheets
, Candidate must have experience in Advance Excel, Pivot and Data Analysis
Expert level SQL skills
, Candidate must be proficient in framing advanced SQL queries for data extraction
Experience in creating
Dashboards
and preparation of
Presentations
for Senior Management and Clients

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team & Client.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner
Expected to publish accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and frequency
Expected to Perform data analysis (if required) for generating reports
Design and Create automated dashboards for frequently generated report
Maintain / develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Standardize similar reports across clients, departments and teams Ad Hoc data collection, analysis and reporting as required
Understand client products, internal tools and processes, push automation and increase work efficiency.
