Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire human resources function. Daily tasks include recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will also be involved in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and handling payroll and benefits administration.
