Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Lead located in Vishakhapatnam. The Creative Lead will oversee the creation and execution of design concepts for various real estate projects, guiding a team of designers and collaborating with other departments. Responsibilities include creating visual content, leading brainstorming sessions, developing innovative ideas, and ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity. The Creative Lead will also be responsible for managing project timelines, approving final designs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, and Creative Direction
• Experience in Team Management, Project Management, and Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design software
• Strong understanding of Brand Identity, Marketing Strategies, and User-Centered Design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
