Key Responsibilities

Machine installation and attending breakdown calls for opthalmic equipments
Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by the customers.
Thorough product knowledge and issue escalation.
Remote assistance, software/hardware updates and Quality assurance
Strive to exceed customer expectation and resolving the issues in real

time.

Gather feedback on product performance, customer experience, and

providing insights on product improvement to relevant teams.

Experience

Bachelors degree in (Instrumentation/Biomedical/Electronics) or any

other relevant field

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve the technical issues

efficiently.

Strong technical aptitude and deep understanding about the equipment
3-8 years of relevant exp in medical devices/healthcare industry
