Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell phacoemulsification systems and accessories to eye hospitals, clinics, and surgeons . Collaborate with clinical application teams to deliver hands-on training to doctors and staff. Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base within the territory. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Science / Biotechnology / Biomedical / Optometry / Engineering preferred. Prior experience (2–6 years) in ophthalmic device sales or surgical equipment . Strong knowledge of cataract surgery workflow , especially phaco technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work in clinical/surgical settings (ORs). Good territory management and reporting skills.
