Product Manager-Phaco Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell

  phacoemulsification systems

  and accessories to

  eye hospitals, clinics, and surgeons

  .
• Conduct

  product demos

  and

  surgical support

  in operating rooms (ORs) alongside ophthalmic surgeons.
• Build strong

  customer relationships

  and ensure post-sales support and training.
• Collaborate with

  clinical application teams

  to deliver hands-on training to doctors and staff.
• Achieve assigned

  sales targets

  and expand the customer base within the territory.
• Keep updated with

  competitor products

  , pricing, and market trends.
• Attend

  conferences, CME programs

  , and surgical workshops to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

  in Science / Biotechnology / Biomedical / Optometry / Engineering preferred.
• Prior experience (2–6 years) in

  ophthalmic device sales

  or

  surgical equipment

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  cataract surgery workflow

  , especially phaco technology.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to work in

  clinical/surgical settings

  (ORs).
• Good

  territory management

  and reporting skills.
