Job Description

Currently we are looking for the position Customer Coordination Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all issue resolutions such as order dispatch status, delivery timelines, and invoicing queries.
Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and tax teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Resolve customer issues related to billing, tax documentation (GST, e-way bills, etc.), and dispatch discrepancies.
Monitor daily shipment schedules and proactively update customers.
Track and escalate delays or exceptions in dispatch, billing, or documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer communication, pending issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Engineering
MBA or certification in supply chain/logistics (preferred, not mandatory)

Experience:

Technical skills:

Knowledge of order-to-cash cycle
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
Understanding of taxation (GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills)
Basic familiarity with logistics and dispatch documentation

Soft skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer handling and coordination ability
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
