Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, review, and send customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts.
Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with the sales and customer service teams.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment statuses.
Prepare and present reports on aging receivables, collections status, and payment trends.
Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Support internal and external audits related to accounts receivable functions
