2-3 years of experience in data science or a related analytics role
Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using Jupyter notebooks for data analysis and model development
Strong working knowledge of core Python data science libraries including pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy
Solid understanding of the mathematical and statistical foundations behind decision trees, neural networks, hypothesis testing, statistical distributions, and regression analysis
Experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques and data visualisation for pattern discovery
Hands-on experience with hyperparameter tuning and model optimisation techniques
Ability to construct meaningful labels from business data and raw datasets
Experience building and validating predictive models, preferably propensity or behavioural models
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
