Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree from accredited university (Full Time) in Business Analytics or a related subject area
8+ years of total experience with 6+ years of relevant experience working with business stakeholders and designing analytical solutions.
Extensive experience in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau (Expert) and other visualization tools (Basic) Domo, Looker, Business Objects, Advance Excel, SQL, etc.
Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requests into technical requirements and articulating the pros and cons of different technologies, platforms, design and architectural options.
Proficient in data and analytics tools and concepts, including dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing and both structured and unstructured data.
Basic understanding of data extraction using Google Big Query, Oracle, SQL Server, SAP BW or SAP HANA
Proficient at influencing without authority, skilled at advising and negotiating with business leaders to develop high value solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Thought-driven leadership to successfully deliver scalable team management and business solutions.
Knowledge of at least one other programming language such as Python is a plus.
Takes the initiative to do the right thing - doesn't walk past a problem.
Consultant mindset - able to challenge with courage and influence upwards and with peers.
Agile learner - has passion and curiosity to learn new things and understand the "why"
Tableau desktop certification - preferred
