About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull data regularly on key categories like Food & Beverage (F&B), Beauty, Personal Care, and Household using tools such as Meltwater, Sprinklr, and similar platforms.
• Build Boolean queries based on a pre-defined list of themes such as flavors, fragrances, or ingredients.
• Fine-tune Boolean queries to identify relevant online conversations and reduce false positives.
• Export datasets from social listening tools into CSV format and populate pre-defined Excel templates with structured outputs.
• Perform routine, time-sensitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain quality control over datasets and flag anomalies or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with analysts to improve data collection workflows and coverage.
• Work proactively to improve query logic, efficiency, and output quality over time.

What We Expect:

• Prior experience using social listening tools like Meltwater, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.
• Familiarity with Boolean logic and query structuring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify false positives in datasets.
• Basic domain knowledge of the F&B, Beauty, Personal Care, or Household sectors is a plus.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and structured timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for handling data exports and cleanup.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a larger team.
