Role & responsibilities Salesforce Pipeline Data Accuracy Review and validate Salesforce opportunity records for correct tagging, partner attribution, sales office alignment, and pipeline status. Conduct root-cause analyses of recurring pipeline issues and surface process gaps that impact data integrity. Partner with CRM administrators to ensure remediation aligns with established data standards. Win Attribution Monitoring & Hygiene Analyze Alliance-attributed win trends, identifying deviations through dashboards and historical comparisons. Document attribution patterns, leakage trends, and corrective actions to inform hygiene reporting and process improvements. Maintain hygiene tracking logs and validate Help Desk changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and endorsement requirements. Serve as a point of escalation for complex attribution scenarios, ensuring resolution and accurate reflection in CRM systems. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the central contact for data remediation and revenue attribution within the Sales Ops team. Work with Alliance, Finance, and Delivery leads to communicate attribution changes, assess business impact, and align on corrective actions. Develop reporting narratives that contextualize pipeline and attribution data for senior management. What You Must Have Bachelors Degree 4-9 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business research, or Alliance/operations support. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a matrix environment. Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Ability to work effectively in team environments, contributes to shared goals, and builds strong working relationships across functions and levels. Strong project management and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience creating executive-ready materials. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work. What Sets You Apart Experience in Alliance ecosystems, preferred. Proven experience in Data Analytics and Reporting Salesforce CRM knowledge (ideally but can be trained) Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) Knowledge of market research databases (Factiva, OneSource, Bloomberg) Exposure to project management methodologies and operational process improvement Exposure to consulting or professional services environment Strong problem-solving ability with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Shift:2pm-11pm
