Job Summary:

Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.
• Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to basic employee queries.
• Ensure HR documents and policies are up to date and compliant with labour laws.
• Assist in payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance management.
• Generate HR reports and assist in HR audits when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labour laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Exposure to HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Internship or prior experience in HR roles.

Salary 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA

Work Timing – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Working days – Monday to Friday
