Metal spray process experience will provide additional weightage.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
• Developing and implementing production processes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and
timely delivery of products or services.
• Identifying the production issues, troubleshooting process, and providing recommendations for
improvement
• Utilizing statistical analysis and process control techniques to monitor and improve process performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential process changes.
• OEE & Loss matrix monitoring and project initiation.
• Develop & maintain process documents, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Continuously monitor & evaluate process performance to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• New machine development and automation activities.
• Monitor the regular impediments in Project execution and taking the necessary actions.
• Creating & controlling the project documents (Project charter, Stakeholder register, Risk register, lesson
learned, and other artifacts.)
