Job Description

Job title: Finance & Accounts (Mid - Senior Level)

Work Location: Chennai

Division/Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports to: CFO

Industry : Oil and Gas

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Statements

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Finalisation of Books of accounts
Income tax, GST periodical returns filing and clearing the default notices received from respective departments.
Preparation of Cashflow and key ratio management.
Preparation , cheking review and analysis of the monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements and Finalisation of Accounts with Variance analysis for presentation to the Boad / Management.
Provide financial insights to support business growth strategies.
Recommend cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
Prepare detailed financial reports and present them to senior management
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Compile and analyze financial data for management review.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing required financial data.
Assist in tax filing and regulatory reporting.
Identify and manage financial risks.
Overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Qualified CA / CMA / MBA
15 -25 years of working experience
Oil and Gas Industry is preferred
Looking for long term.
