Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector-33 Job Type: Full Time (WFO Only) Job Title: Compliance Executive Work Experience: 2-3yrs Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 in hand Preference given to Local Candidate Must have own vehicle Interested candidate may share the updated CV at hr@guptaconsultants.com Job Profile :- Maintained Register & Records under various Acts Preparation & Submission of all statutory returns under various labour laws within the time frame Support to the client for tool compliance. Followup for any statutory payment with the client and internal team (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc) Coordination with the Client and our internal team for handling inspections or notices issued by any department till closer of notice. Respond to the Clients grievance mail/query. Coordinator for the client to update the Status of Registration & Licensing Experience in Attending Audits. Open to travel client place. Experience of managing PAN India Offices Must have own vehicle.
