Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through written communication (email) or verbal communication (phone). 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international clients. Excellent written communication skills with ability to write clear emails in English language. Strong verbal communication skills with good telephonic etiquette. Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements. interested to work in fixed night shifts location - chennai work from office notice period - immediate joiners
