Job Description

Review contract Agreement and prepare project data sheet, Risk Analysis.
Understand and analyse the complete scope of work, in terms of technically and
contractually.
Making regular correspondence with Client with respect to all the contractual and on any
other site related issues
Preparation of MOM held with client and its circulation to client, PMC or any other stake
holders involved
Ensuring compliance with all contractual & statutory requirements of project till closure.
Ensuring proper recording at site of delays in physical progress, invoice realization,
variations & claims, time extension, etc., maintenance of such data at Site ,review, appraise HO and site management on regular basis .
Formulating claims for variations, price escalation, extension of time, compensation for
extended stay, etc.
Reviewing key sub-contract work orders and advising on any potential adverse conditions.
Ensuring timely receipt of Practical Completion Certificate, closure of final bills & claims,
return of contractual guarantees, receipt of Final Completion Certificate and contractual closure of project in all respects.
Periodic contractual review of the project and management reporting.
Compiling backup documentation for any Dispute resolution/ Arbitration proceedings, in
consultation with Project head and Contracts Head at HO.
