BDM / Sales Manager.

Job Duties and responsibility:

  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts
  • for Facility Management Services as per targets /per year.
  • Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects.
  • Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals.
  • Making business plans, customized presentations && proposals.
  • Analysing latest trend of the market in terms of Facility Management Services.
  • Closely track Competition activity
  • Designing Strategy for Sales Team Developing && Managing Strategic
  • Accounts in the assigned Region.
  • Weekly review of the sales activity in the branch with corrective actions
  • Generating leads and prospects
  • Maintain client relation New / Existing. Regular visits to Clients.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience into facility or security industry
  • Strong sales discipline and business planning skills 
  • Strong Networking with local B2B
  • clients in the Region 
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing sales deals
