Job Description

Position : Senior Active Directory Administrator Location : Kolkata, India Experience : 5+ years Skills Required / Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Active Directory environments, including forests, domains, trusts, and group policies. - Configure and manage Veeam backup solutions to ensure data protection, integrity, and recoverability across virtualized environments and other IT systems. - Utilize VMware virtualization technology to optimize Active Directory performance and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with backup solutions. - Perform routine system administration tasks in Active Directory, such as user provisioning, group management, and security policy enforcement. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Active Directory, Veeam backup, and associated infrastructure components. - Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery procedures for Active Directory and backup systems. - Implement and enforce security best practices to safeguard Active Directory assets and backup data against cyber threats and data breaches. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Active Directory, Veeam backup, VMware, and network backup solutions with other IT systems and applications. - Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance and support as needed. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Active Directory management and network backup.
