Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Greeting Visitors & Answering Phone Calls

  • Greet all visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival.
  • Attend incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to callers regarding mall timings, events, offers, store locations, and services.
  • Redirect calls to appropriate departments or stores as needed.

2. Cleanliness Monitoring

  • Conduct regular checks in common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping teams for immediate action on any cleanliness issues.
  • Report repeated issues or gaps to the Mall Operations Manager.

3. Visitor Assistance

  • Help visitors with directions, store locations, promotional information, and ongoing events.
  • Assist elderly visitors, children, and customers with special needs.
  • Ensure prompt escalation of any visitor complaints to the relevant department.

4. Lost and Found Assistance

  • Maintain a proper register/log for all lost and found items.
  • Assist visitors in locating lost items with utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Follow standard protocols for receiving, recording, storing, and releasing items.
  • Coordinate with security for verification and item handover.

5. Rewards / Loyalty Program Updation

  • Update customer details and ensure smooth registration for the malls reward or loyalty program.
  • Assist visitors in understanding program benefits, points system, and redemption process.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for ongoing promotions and reward updates.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting of program activities.

6. Retail Stores Coordination

  • Act as a support link between mall management and retail stores.
  • Update store contact details, timings, and promotional information.
  • Assist stores with operational queries, event coordination, and communication.
  • Collect daily/weekly footfall, sales, and performance updates as required.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with store managers to ensure smooth operations.
