Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Intern role based in Jaipur. The Operations Intern will assist with daily operational tasks, support project management activities, and contribute to the improvement of operational processes. Responsibilities will include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating communication among teams, and supporting tasks related to sales and customer interactions. The role also involves participation in strategic projects to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for assessing data and solving complex problems
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and clients
• Experience in sales and a customer-focused approach
• Basic understanding of operations management and project management principles
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant tools or software for operational and project management is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
