Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Responsibilities This role is for booking Nursing candidates in OOH, plus any additional tasks allocated by client from time to time. Placing candidates into new shifts and replacement shifts & communicating effectively with clients and candidates Bookings shifts, managing cancellations & escalations/DNAs, taking requests from Hospitals & Clients over the phone & Email, co-ordinate with Nurses for Shifts Bookings) Weekends and UK Bank holidays will be mandatory working, Comp Offs will be given for Bank Holidays (Comp Offs are subject to client approval) You are entitled to 2 Weekly offs. As mentioned earlier Weekend and UK Bank holidays are compulsory working If any medical emergency then you might need to cover for your colleagues There is no Night Shift allowance provided- Night shift snack is provided by QX This role is Target based and we have an expectation that after 1 month training the targets are met without any Escalations or Errors. Key Skills: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Booking for Doctors Strong desire to self-learn. Willing to work on tight deadlines. Good Booking Knowledge (UK Doctors) Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel Strong presentation and communication skills Location - Ahmedabad(WFO) Show more Show less
