Onsite Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive at Rosetta, your role involves answering all inbound calls within a maximum of 3 rings while maintaining a happy disposition on every call. You will be responsible for learning the product offerings thoroughly and articulating them as per Brand standards. Punctuality is crucial while attending to any client at all times. Specific Responsibilities: - Engage in a client-facing role, which includes identifying, meeting, and selling to prospects. - Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Ensure awareness of self and team targets for the month, quarter & financial year. - Provide in-depth sales support by responding to all queries efficiently, professionally, and within 12 working hours. - Travel to prospect locations to advocate the product portfolio. - Utilize various customer sales techniques to secure sales. - Evaluate customers" skills and needs to build productive, long-lasting relationships. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product and competitors. - Ensure no mis-representation of the company and its products while adhering to SOPs. - Collaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure scheduled meetings are completed. - Compile a daily sales report including opportunities and pipelines to submit to the team head. - Support business development through active lead nurturing. - Maintain accurate records on CRM. Job Specification: Skills: - Excellent MS Office, communication, and telephone skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Ability to perform under pressure.
